It is extremely easy to use and it has a strong suction cup on the bottom which is very convenient and makes it easy to use in the shower or wherever else you want. Having said that...This toy was kind of and experimental toy for me and a little outside my norm. The toy is very soft silicon and has anal and vaginal locations. T h e toy is accurate in anatomy and very soft to the touch. I would say it's a moderate step toward having a sex doll.
